Author Complaint Process:
Authors are requested to read the complete guidelines and policies regarding the processing and publication of the manuscript before submitting an article.

How to complaint?
The authors have the right to complain and ask for clarification if they perceive any misconduct in any applicable ethical guidelines and policies. The authors can raise complaints by sending an email to:
Every complaint regarding misconduct in the work processes is evaluated according to the publication ethics practices and policies.
Policy for Dealing with Complaints:
Once a complaint is lodged, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the complainant. The investigation process will be initiated by the journal team according to the directions of the Managing Editor. After the investigation is conducted, a complete report on the complaint will be prepared and forwarded to the concerned author(s) via email. All the received complaints are welcomed in an unbiased, and timely manner with certainty.
